I know alot of Dan's blades are built with tip strength in mind to build a strong knife. this usualy means one certain shape. and the swedge cut of a bowie kinda nagates that. But I've allways loved big bowie knives, and havn't found many to my liking. They're cool though and It's always awesome to see a knifemaker's interpretation of a bowie. What would you guys think of a SYKCO Bowie knife? would you buy one?

How 'bout that 1311, eh?

I love bowies. I think the Regulator fits that bill, but I'm down for a variant. Magnum Regulator anyone?

He have the TT Reg, LE, Mil Reg/Dereg, and the Mil Reg 6.5. How about a Reg 9.5 or 10?

He have the TT Reg, LE, Mil Reg/Dereg, and the Mil Reg 6.5. How about a Reg 9.5 or 10? In for the Win. I have a few of the Reg variations and think it is a Bowie style blade.

Regulator? Stick a Battlerat guard on it and you get a great knife...

Yep gotta say the Regulator is it! Only have 8 (I think that is all) of them right now and love each one of them.

If Dan wanted to do one in a 10" blade I would try that too.

A 10" bladed Regulator shaped blade with a standard handle is just the ticket! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

A 10 or 11 inch regulator would be awesome, Might give the Dogfather a run for the money
