Dogs:

I had to drink a lot of Blue with Boss Hog to get my hands on this scrap INFI steel but the hangovers were worth it. This knife is willing and ready since it sports a newly designed Resiprene C handle. The ScrapYard War Dog has a .235" thick full height flat ground INFI steel blade. The hand applied satin finished blade features a blended convex zero-edge for excellent cutting power and strength. This combination provides an incredible feel that you will not want to put down. It is priced at $179.95 plus shipping and handling. There is a limited number so when they are gone they are gone.

Here are the specs for the War Dog

Overall Length: 9 3/4"
Blade Length: 5"
Steel: INFI
Hardness: 58-60 RC
Grind: Full Height Flat Grind
Weight: 6.2 ounces

Expect this to go up on the site today or worst case tomorrow. Best of luck getting in on this one

Dan

The number of knives left is very small and will run out in the very near future.

Congrats to all the Dog's who got in on this one.

Enjoy

Dan

First post, HI ALL!

After lookin through what seem's like everything for my needs, in terms of:

bush/surv/util/tac/LIGHTWEIGHT/STRONG!

for backpacking/edc it's a no brainer

I feel a bit lucky in my timing...

I'll try to prove the "hype" wrong, but I'll just end up loosing fingers... thanks and good luck dealin' with this mutt, I'm gonna end up puttin your kids through collage!

I wonder if SR-77 is done as the flagship of Scrapyard. It seems most of the new blades are SR-101, 154 CM, or INFI. Only the Scrapizashi has been SR-77 lately. Maybe it'll be just for the larger blades and the smaller ones will be SR-101 or 154 CM.
That is what I have been thinking for a while since most new blades have been SR101 and Infi.

I've always thought it was what was available/ most cost effective so Dan can bring the best price to performance that he can

It is a great blade guys, the zero convex edge helps to combat the stock thickness while still feeling indestructible, if you are on the fence, jump before they are gone and you are kicking yourself and paying jacked up aftermarket prices

Got one of mine in while I was gone. In my short time of fondling the War Dog I think it will be an instant classic. I love the feel of the grip, the Infi is good to go, the convex with the flat grind is awesome. Cant wait to get a sheath done for it.

Just got mine in the mail. That was fast shipping!

Anyway, this knife is awesome. After holding it and messing around for a bit, I think it's probably the perfect fixed blade for me.

It's more expensive than drugs. Plus side: it lasts longer
