I see a lot of people in search of a Dogfather. Let's give SYKCO a little incentive by letting them know how hot the demand is for the Infamous Dogfather, (or comparable sized chopper.)

Personally, I'd probably get 3, maybe 4 if money was good at the time. I'd use the **** out of one, give one to a friend, and keep one as a backup/safe queen.

Bring on the Dogfather rerelease!

How many Dogfathers would you snatch up?

I'd probably just get one since I already have one. Mine's fairly unique so I'd like to get a CG at the store price.

I don't think I'd buy anymore, unless the color combos grabbed me. However, the reason I'm not looking for more Dog Fathers is because I already own 4 LEs and 14 CGs (I'm also not interested in selling any). I'd definitely be calling for a re-release if I hadn't been so fortunate in what I've been able to buy (many were from Knob Creek, although I found Scrap Yard back when LEs were released and sterile Military Overruns were sold in "dog bowls"; there were two types of dogs, the fast and the hungry -- I was well-fed).

Boy, I would probably buy at least two. Would love to get a hold of just one though.

14 CGs!!?! Wow. That's a whole lotta Dogfather! You said you weren't interested in selling any... But how about a birthday present for a hungry dog <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />. I'll keep dreaming.

I have:
4 sterile (military overruns [Black]) from the 2/15/08 "dog bowl".
2 Black (with logos) from Knob Creek - Fall 2008
2 Tan (the uber-rare full-height grind ones), also from Knob Creek - Fall 2008
2 Tanker Gray, first released at Knob Creek - Fall 2008
3 Desert Dogfathers (Tan, saber-ground released in the 2009 LardoGanza)
1 Bama Clay from Knob Creek - Spring 2011

It really depends. I own 2 but would only be interested in one if it were different. Maybe a diff steel or color combo. I'd rather see a new design.
DFs can be had fairly regularly on the second-hand market.

I voted 1...but it could be more depending on what it was specifically.

A full convex Infi Dog Father would defintely get me to buy more.

It varies from show to show. For Spring 2011 they sent Cupidvores, Mud Puppy CGs, a very few SS4s (only 3 or 4, but they were the first I'd seen since the initial release), S5 CGs, Dumpster Mutts, SoDs, a few DogFathers, and a rare re-appearance of a few Yard Hooks -- I think there were Regulators too. Sometimes there's only a little from Scrap Yard, sometimes there's quite a bit -- Dan sent a lot to the last show. At past shows, I've bought just about everything Scrap Yard's made, including Muks, Bird Dogs, MPLEs, S6s, S5LEs, and DM and YK CGs in colors that never sold through the store (including Arctic White, Moss, and Bama Clay). I've never made the pilgrimage to Blade, and probably never will, but I always try to make it to the Spring and Fall shows at Knob Creek. I keep track of my Scrap Yard, Swamp Rat, and Busse Combat collection using an Excel spreadsheet, with the addition of my War Dogs, my Scrap Yard knife count is up to 160. My Swamp Rats and Busse Combats counts stand at 61 and 100 respectively. I'm somewhere between a collector and a knife-hoarder.

Artic white would be something would you please post a picture of anyone of yours in that?
Some may consider it a sickness but I say if you like it and can buy it.
I wouldn't get the DF only because I don't need anything that size but a SOD yes please.
