Here is a quick one. Bad lighting but it gives you the general idea.

Different handle material, different steel, taller blade on the RMD, beefier handle on the RMD, full choil on the RMD...So, pretty different. I like and own several of both. I won't state which I prefer but I do like both of them a lot.

As you can see from M/B's pic they two blades are totally different. I really like the War Dog thus far, and hope to really use it a lot real soon. Now the RMD, that is a worker of a B.O.B. blade.

The CG is not on the drawing board at this time but there have been a number of requests. As you know I do listen to the Yard so the request has been noted but no decision has been made

I also have both, they are really different From each other I like them both, but I will be carrying the war dog a lot more. It is smaller and lighter and just as tuff! A fantastic blade!

Please can someone tell me what CG is? I know I want one, but it would be nice to know what I want.

Combat grade, coated, different thickness, sometimes different handle options.

CG = Combat Grade - The blade steel is left rough and therefore is coated for protection. Usually consider to be more for the guys who intend to use thier blades. Also usually cheaper to buy because of the finishing process.

Theres also LE (limited edition, SE (special edition), and DC (double cut) finished...

CG is Combat Grade, Coated blade possible, different steel making it a little cheaper.
