Loudness is also a fairly good Japanese metal band.

Any fans of Mercyful Fate? Venom? Cetic Frost? Those were all bands from my part- still have the LPs.

We must remember the fact that the original loudness describer is a 57 year old male who is using 100 year old equipment to produce sound from quadrion loudspeakers so it might sound different than it normally would.

Ok, I just checked and here is what I got. (all except for the DBX unit)
Polk audio SDA 1C speakers Technics SL-QD33R turntable Nakamichi OMS-4 CD player Nakamichi TA4 STSIS AMP Tuner receiver Nakamichi RX202 Tape deck (for playing) AKAI GX95 three head deck (for recording)
Had that system in a room that measured about 15X15.

I don't remember the name of the band, and their albums are packed away somewhere, but Back in the mid 80's there was an American Indian band that had ONE hit. They put out three albums and I got all three. Just thought I would throw that in. WHEN I listen to music it can be 40's on up. Big Band/swing Jazz Soul(some) and as I said earlier I like listening to Classical music quite a bit too.

Classical is a bit of a mystery for me. I like listening to it but I find it difficult to decide where to start.
