My brother and I got out for some Canada Day fishing or at least the day after.
We went to easily accessible places because we were in my car but there are some nice fishing holes right of the highway.
Our first spot and the furthest out, Kenneth Creek. About 40 mins east of Prince George. It runs under the highway via a large culvert. Unfortunately I didn't take pics!
From there we headed back toward town to the Bowron river.
A view of the river.

Looking down to the creek that enters the river from a small one lane bridge. Usually a good fishing area but the river was pretty high and fast.

Across the bridge looking at the creek again.

The snake was the only wild life we saw other than the two (only two) fish my brother caught.
I REALLY loved using the SS4! It is easily my favorite knife right now!! Perfect EDC size and weight and it's great as a bushcraft tool.
Both my brother and I used it for light batoning duty, whittling and some feather sticks.
Held it's edge easily and was very easy to choke up on and control.
The Crash Axe is an AWESOME chopper. At one point (sorry no pic) we came across a log blocking the trail. I pulled the Rat out and began chopping. After about 30 secs it was DONE!!!
My brother was blown away!!!
The log was only about 4 inches at the largest point and 3" on the other end. Small but the Rat blew HUGE chunks out of it!!
We had a great time.
Hope you enjoy the pics!!
