Was putting out a salt block for my cows, and checking the water level in a small creek that runs through our property, and found this nice arrowhead.

Its 3.5 inches long and probably the nicest one I have ever found.

I just did a little research and found its a paleo point.

I am in central Texas. About 40 miles from the geographic center of Texas.

Fontaine, look around your area for info about bison kills as a few have been found lately in central TX, I am thinking of one out by Big Lake.

Very interesting Sumo. I just read a few articles on the Big Lake bison kills. So they chased the bison out in the lake until the bison got stuck, and then dispached them taking only the best cuts of meat. Pretty smart.
