Haha, can't believe you showed the JEEP getting stuck on the way out! Nice video, could tell everybody had fun. BUT, what kind of AR were they firing! Looked like it had a co2 cylinder mounted above the butt stock!

Well being that we live in Kalifornia... , That is what is called a "Featureless" AR. Meaning there are no "so called" EVIL features on it like a pistol grip, folding or collapsable stock. ETC. This allows us to run High Cap Mags LEGALLY in Commifornia. Otherwise the Mag is limited to 10 rounds .

The tube you see is actually the buffer tube that is usually contained in the collapse-able stock.

I recognize that creek and I will add no Jeep was going to get stuck going up that hill

note in the second picture down you will see a 6 inch dia stump on the near side of the creek (bottom middle of pic) that stands about 3 feet tall, last year my friends and I thought it would be fun to shoot the tree down so we unloaded a couple hundred rounds into it. Of course this only frayed up the tree a bit so I decided to break in my NMFBM and chop it the rest of the way down. Well in a complete dumbass moment I decide that since we started with the guns I would just use that as my starting point. Well the Mistress made short work of the tree however not without causalties, my edge had about 25 big dings in it from hitting all the bullets that were lodged in the tree

I knew it was the buffer tube, but the stock UNDER THE TUBE really had me saying "What the heck IS that alien contraption"!

Hehe, Kalifornia must run on left handed threads unlike the rest of the country, not counting New York.

Well my steel loving sniffers, it's now Bedtime For Bonzo, so off I go to prepare for another night at work.

Awesome video. Looks like a great time. That is a beautiful place you've got to get away to and have fun.

DOH! Never thought about the lead in the tree! WEre you able to fix the edge?

We werent is a Jeep. We were in my Buddies 2x4 Dodge truck and were trying to get over the 2 foot dirt mounds that are there. Needless to say we will be taking my 4x4 from now on! We had to dig out the mounds to get out!

yeah I sent it off, had it reground down to a zero edge, that was tough.... lesson learned. Yeah those tank traps were brutal, we went 2 weeks before you I think, it was still raining, my friend with a 2WD pickup got stuck, took him 8 hours to get his rig out using a winch. My car door has a huge dent in it from that big chainsawed tree at the bottom of the trail, there was enough room to drive thru but I caught mud and slid right into it

Great video and good old fashion father and son bonding.
