Good luck and have a positive attitude. I have had three major surgeries in the past year and I personally believe a good attitude is very important for everyone concerned and having confidence in you doctor don't hurt either. Each time I went in I got things cleaned up and made sure my wife knew where everything was and what was what. I will keep you in my prayers.

Sar5, take care and your in our thoughts as you go under the knife, no pun intended <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. I could take a minute and count the number of operations I have had starting from the head and working down to the knee. Just to let you know none of them were easy and everyone of them unsettling, I have had the same thoughts. Just trust in the big guy upstairs.

Best wishes and speedy recovery. You make very good points, though, about the need to be ready to go at any time. So easy to have loose ends, so difficult and time-consuming to have your ducks in a row and make things easy for your survivors. It's an ongoing struggle, but an effort we should all make. Good luck.
