Regulators and the regulations they enforce generally tend to suck, but finally, we have a regulator we can love.
I finally got a hold of a full size Regulator and I gotta say it is the cat's meow...and the cat decapitator for that matter...kinda fitting for a Scrap Yard don't ya think?
Any way, I have put her to the task on 3 camping trips now and I just plain love it. My poor old BM CSK has just been sitting in my dresser since I got this big dog.
Great heft and grip with a nice wide, flat grind.
I must say I am a little surprised how quickly the crinkle coat wore down smooth, but I still love the knife.
Any other regulator lovers out there?

I have the dereg and love it, I liked that they ground the top part of the guard off. I think it is more appealing to my eyes, just personal preference.

I have the 6.5 Regulator in Green Camo. I was really looking for a
big chopper when I came across the Regulator, and it was so unique that I
had to get it.

I had a Reg and loved it but moved it for my first taste of INFI.
I've regretted moving it ever since but am always vigilant for a Dereg.
Beat it because it WILL beg for MORE!!!!

I like the dereg, I bought the regulator and after a few times using it I decided to cut off the top gaurd. much more comfy for me this way ans I think it looks better.

The Regulator was my first Busse Kin knife and its still my favorite.
I also love the handle/grip of the regulatorn.
I'd love to see one made with a thinner blade too - maybe at .22.
