Heidi Ho good neighbors. Got my inservice for the year done, had a good Mexican lunch and came home and mowed the yard. Chilling now and gonna light a fire in the pit later this evening. Gotta take advantage of a day off when the weather is this good.

Yeah our prices in this part of the country are pretty good. I would hate to see how much a house like that would cost in Kali. It has brand new thermopane windows, new siding, all new carpet and laminate flooring along with new doors. The house was built in 1979. Ill tell ya! 1100Sqft now would be about 300-400k if you are any where near silicon valley where all the work is. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />
