I never had either. But Its Taekwando so they do odd things. They ahve 4 differnt training programs. General, Black belt program, leadership and then the Program for current black belts.
When I took Hwa Rang Do it took a long time to gain a level.

I never took any martial arts, but I wish that I had. Just never had the time nor the inclination to until recently, and I'm too fat and too old to do it now.

No you're not. I watched a 53 year old woman who was as wide as she is tall join a few months after my daughter. She has slimmed down and is doing much better. I'm guessing in a year or so she will be doing fantastic. Its a matter of finding the right one for you.

No you're not. I watched a 53 year old woman who was as wide as she is tall join a few months after my daughter. She has slimmed down and is doing much better. I'm guessing in a year or so she will be doing fantastic. Its a matter of finding the right one for you. One of our narcotics guys has a dojo here in town, maybe I should talk to him....

THIS is the website for his place. Looks like Hapikido and Tae Kwan Do are what he teaches. Of course, I have no idea what they are or the differences in them.

Thats inexpensive. I pay 180 a month for the runt. Taekwando is kicking and punching. Hapkedo is like Korean Judo. Throws locks etc.
