I wish! She's on my membership at the gym, and hasn't been in months. She just don't care about exercise or staying in shape.

I go in spurts. I work out like mad get injured and stop, gain weight get out of shape and then start up again. I wish I could be more consistent.

I went today for the first time since I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago. Made it 45 minutes on the treadmill, which is better than I expected.

The only saving grace I have is I am naturally strong and I stay active with hiking etc.

The only saving grace I have is I am naturally strong and I stay active with hiking etc. I'm pretty sedentery other than my gym time. Don't really go hiking and such anymore, and other than hunting season don't spend nearly as much time outside as I used to.
