Been there done that! I used to keep mine when they were little. Worked til 0230, got home and in bed about 0300 and they were up by 0800. Couldn't wait for them to start school!

The best thing about being a Grandparent is being able to tell your grand kids it's time to go back to mom and or dad!

I would say that I can't wait....but I can. Neither of mine are ready to be a parent yet. Probably never will, at least not at the rate they're going

My daughter says she'll never have kids, and she probably won't. My son, well, he's not even out of school yet.

Ha ha, they CAN surprise you. They may be wasteful, impatient, irresponsible, an unconcerned about anything but would be a good parent to a child.

I know, but I'm not old enough to be a grandpa yet either. So they can wait a long while.

I'd like to be young enough to enjoy them when they do come around though. Not sure how long that'll last.

Yeah but just like the movie, grumpy old man(men) can get un grumpy! I guess Ann Margaret and Sophiea Loren can still do wonders!
