My Dr visit wan't all fun and games. Apparently I have arthritis and a torn meniscus in my knee. They want me to slow down a bit. Getting old MB! Before you know it they'll make you a dispatcher! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />

So MB and Bill, y'all saying you could star in the remake of the wolfman and WOULDN'T have to wear a costume? One of my teachers in high school starred in Wolfman (the one made in the 70's) No JOKE? that is cool

I helped Ed build his house before his wife died. He moved to South Carolina after that, and I lost track of him.

He was a great guy, but his wife's cancer really took a toll on him. He quit teaching to care for her.
I remember he'd stand at the lunch line with a big old wooden sword and watch the lunchroom. Kinda looked spooky, but he was all bark and no bite.

LOL, T1 those things are great. They seem to help in building up the little muscles that support the knee. At least thats my version of the story. Might be true. Just be careful not to bend your knees sideways. They must be good for abs and lower back too? Have you tried kettlebells?
