I don't drink much caffeine. Sleeping pills are because I'm hurting so much that I can't sleep. It's a nerve issue, so painkillers don't touch it.

Todd, I gather the doc couldn't do much for you?

I typed that before i saw the sleeping pills. figured you probably taking those to sleep through the nerve. never had a pinched nerve. sound like its pretty a uncomfortable thing though.

Hey lazi. I've kinda laid off the coffee for almost a week. Got to hurting my stomach. I'm drinking hot tea at work now, got some Bigelow "Constant Comment". It's a black tea flavored with rind of oranges, sweet spice and natural flavor (whatever that means), but it's good.

Been to the chiropractor three times this week. Neck don't hurt any more, but I've got something going on in my arm. Lots of swelling and pain, but its not going away. I'd have remembered hitting it as bad as its hurting.

I'm about to call my regular doctor and pay him a visit. I'm not impressed with the chiropractor at all

yup, I mostly drink tea. I never even try to remember any names or brands or flavors. just avoid anything mint or that smells loud outside the sealed box.

I did take a liking to ginger tea. even tastes good cold. saw a recipe for ginger water that uses ginger powder, vinegar, and brown sugar. may sound wierd but I'm trying it.

I've heard that Chiropractors can do some amazing things with your skeletal structure and that will also clear up some "Medical" problems as well, but it's not an end all for everything.

My sister in law is a nurse, she suggested the chiropractor. Said there was really nothing that a Dr could do for a pinched nerve.

had some stomach issues a few years back. something to do with a 99 cent drink i was drinking. I finally put all that behind me. and I removed fast food, soft drinks, alchol, and most greasy foods from my diet. well, as much as I could... still go for a beer and some greasy foods but fast food and soft drinks had to go almost completely. I don't miss them at all and suffer some whenever I decide to get back into them.

Wish I had that much willpower.
