Yeah Todd, not much if anything can be done for a pinched nerve. It's just got to get better on it's own mostly, and it can take a while.

i moved some furniture around earlier this year and it took me a week to realize that the new angle I was sitting at was giving me neck pains. it didn't hurt to sit that way but after doing it for a couple hours my neck and shoulders stiffened up. took weeks to get ba enough to recognize. maybe you changed something and it's affecting you in a similar manner.

About what I figured.

Only thing I changed was getting a thicker pillow. Don't know if it caused my trouble, but I've already changed back. Slept on the thick one for a couple weeks, maybe.

new pillows, new shoes, etc...

took me a while to ge used to the knot at the top of my 442 trigger. was hurting to the pout I thought I might have to get rid of it. built up a tolerance.

I've always used a thick pillow, and mine was worn out. Replaced it with a thick feather pillow. Oh well.

ah new pillow probably... sometimes stuff won't set in for a while. takes a while to get back to normal.

same thing with me and those 99 cent drink. not a single problem until i started with those.
