Normally I'm asleep by 6am when I work, unless I have to take the boy to school or something. But when I turn out the lights and lay down, no matter when it is, I'm asleep in just a couple minutes.

My wife says I'm snoring before my pillow gets warm. I go to sleep easy. One time I fell asleep at a stop light.

Going to sleep is easy. Staying asleep, on the other hand, can be tough. I am a very light sleeper.

Tried them, but couldn't sleep with anything in my ears. I run a fan now while I sleep, just to try and cover up the noise.
