What about a h&k usp

never really gave H&Ks much thought. maybe saw a high price tag or a lower round count and just never thought about them again. or it could be that there just aren't many dealers here. rarely see them at anywhere. usually just a couple at the gun shows.

i missed anything about a busse looking buck knife. i know the busses dont play around when it comes to that.

You must be talking about the Ron Hood knife. I prefer what i have but its not a Busse copy more of a mass produced competition.

sig and cz are maybe the two guns that felt the best to me. after that is the FNP line. I stil want to hold the never FNX but I'm expecting it to be close. everything else I usually think i can live with. as I spend more time looking I'm gaining more preferences. would like to shoot more but most of my opinion is based on holding guns at gun counters.

most 1911's pretty much fall in the "live with it" range. I really think I would like the Coonan .357 though. just looks like right.

oh and I have been really wanting a colt 1903. looks perfect for a ccw.

so is glock your preference GD?

I know some guys prefer what works but some might choose different if say a m&p had the same track record.

I was forced to carry the glock when I came to my current job. I have been carrying one for nearly 17 years. They are ugly and feel bad in the hand. With that said its one of the best combat pistols ever made. Simple, reliable, accurate and easy to train with. I have several.

My favorite, though I rarely carry mine is the good ole 1911.
