yeah i was gone this weekend and the first part of work this week hasn't been fun but such is life.

you've had it swizzle?
thats about my limit for something enjoyable yup... i eat a lot of vietnamese and thai food and it is a really common sauce for those foods. it is REALLY hot... i've made the mistake of over spicing my soup once or twice. i usually go for a fresh red pepper and garlic sauce that is similar to sriracha but has seeds in it and it has a better consistency.
