Ours here are grey squirrels. I killed one last week that was the size of a fox squirrel though. It was huge, at least by our normal squirrels.

The slingshot does the trick. Of course they are small. About the size of a small guinee pig.

We have 4 main kinds of squirrels here. Elbert, Red fox, Grey and pine. Then a bajillion kinds of ground squirrels.

Only thing around here is gray squirrels. South and east you get the fox squirrel, but they're a good ways off.

Elberts are a bizarre looking squirrel. They are black and look like they have horns. Kind of like a little demon.
