I got that covered. Just have to get the cooking time right for a pecan pie. Not enough and its a runny nasty mess. I'm a southerner and good pecan pie is hard to come by here.

75-90 minutes at 325 on the lower third of the oven(very important) her recipe has 4 eggs,1-1/3c corn syrup and half c sugar,half c brown sugar and 5 tablespoons butter these are all considered the liquid ingredients. The middle should quiver not slosh when done. I listed just the liquid ingredients because that is how they base the baking time, she said that it was so you could compare the amount of liquid ingredients in yours for comparision.
