JJ, just did a google and came up with this. Oh and another lady said she used toothpaste (let it set for 5 minutes) on a wood table and it came right off with NO damage to the finish/wood.

Cooking spray
Nail polish remover
Bleach (depending on the surface)
Goof Off

I just got it off with some Off. Deepwoods Off to be specific.

I DO know that WD40 will remove label adhesive. We had about 100 shelf "Cubbyholes" to re-lable once and we sprayed them, let them set for a few minutes and off they came!

So, my neighbors dog wouldn't shut up. I live in an townhouse so we share a wall. I knocked on their door (they always seemed like a nice couple) and asked them to please stop their barking dog. "City ordinance says we don't have to be quiet until 10 p.m. and he isn't bothering us"

I left, instead of explaining to him that a disturbing the peace charge can happen before 10 p.m.

I then downloaded sound bytes of a lion roar, tiger roar and fighting alley cats. Then, I showed him what a $6,000 sound system with 2,200 watts sounds like through a sheet rock wall with wood framing.

Either the neighbors got the point, or their dog is hiding in a corner pissing himself.
