So to be honest it has been a little while since I posted "heavily" but life has been good to me.
I finished my BS in Mechanical Engineering in April of this year, and thought to my self, "Great now you have joined the 12% of America that is unemployed." After over 300 resumes and applications I had only gotten two call-backs and/or interviews, then things worked out. A neighbor who works at a staffing place called me and told me to send her my resume with in the next hour or so, a few days later I had a phone interview with them and the fallowing week the flew me out for an in-person interview. It all went well and I got a job offer the next day.
The next week we made arrangements, packed up the family and moved from South-East Idaho to North of Seattle. I have been working for about a month now as a design engineer for a company that designs and builds aircraft interiors, and I love it.
So to be honest there isn't much Busse content except to say that The Yard was more than once my stress reducer after a nasty day of classes and tests and to now know that I am making a real income and can allocate funds for sharpened pry-bars from my favorite knife company, SYKC.
So here is a (crappy) pic of a honest EDC for a few days
I love that Scrapper 5.
