On the next one, maybe try using the back piece of the sheath as the loop. Less pieces of kydex and less screws.

I had thought about that but it seemed like it would be too flimsy, the .080 Kydex is not as stout.

I agree with JJ here, I have one that came with a custom knife that has an integral belt loop folded from the back piece of the sheath. Works great!

Jar I had seen that picture before and it looked like a rush job which is why I did not go with that version, I really like the way the 1 sheath looked in that link you provided.
