Started reading Surviving Cold Weather by Greg Davenport over the past few days. Going into town today to local gun store and ordering Ruger Mk3 22LR pistol. Thanks again Arch for the info.

Got one of my bows sold this week. So it is a go on the "small pistol" problem is I can't make up my mind what I want.

Decided to part ways with a .17 hmr, took the scope off of it to go on something else. Now I just need to sell it. It's practially mint and is likely worth about 150 bucks. Money that can go to the gun fund.

Today I got some suture kits and medical supplies.

Have you ever thought about getting a staple setup? Much quicker and easier than sewing yourself or friend up.

Just saw this JJ, where do you get them.

This is the one a buddy has and I am thinking about getting.

I have this one I have.

Make sure you get a remover too. Not fun taking them out with a Leatherman.

Had some time to kill at work today and decided to play with the lamination machine.

[Linked Image from i1008.photobucket.com]

Previously I had the SERE manual printed with the automatic booklet function on the office printer, but it is now getting ragged. I figured this laminated version will last a little longer and is water proof. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

It is thicker than the original, but is about 4.5" x 6", so it is smaller in those dimensions.

Since you're offering, I'll take one JJ!

OK, now that the fun is over, Got a question for you guys and didn't really know where to put it.

I've Got a chance to buy a coleman model 533 dual fuel stove with the silver plastic case for $20.00 used. It's really bigger than I wanted, but for that price (it looks in really good shape) I thought it might be worth picking up. What think you guys?

I thought you said lantern, sorry. Never tried their stoves but love their lanterns. For the price I would grab it though. Could always use it as trade.

I would grab it up in a heart beat.

I think I am gonna try. If it's still there this weekend or Monday (After I look at it again) I think I'll get it. It burns coleman fuel of course and unleaded gas.
