I"ve been looking at one of these for awhile. I know the knife is worth it but is the pistol worth the $ compared with other 1911 styles? Any input is greatly appreciated.

I'd give my left nut for one of those as long as I got a prosthetic one put in to fill the void. That is a SWEET combo!

I've held off till I can get a bit more comparison feedback and info from some folks that have some experience with other 1911 brands and makers. It's way too much to pay without some research.

I'll just assume that its good stuff if Jerry is going to get in cahoots w/ them. I might be way off base - but I think that most of the quality 1911's are going to be pretty similar - ie a similar springfield vs. sig vs. kimber vs. colt shouldn't make a big difference, should it? Who made that Busse edition anyways?

I think if we get our line up right the 308 should take several cacti on one shot.

okay jump, get it, send it to me, I'll test it out, find the cons and pro's of it, really break it in for you bro (about 2-3 years) and tell you my findings...

Sounds like a great plan, --- for somebody!

Thats helpful. I'm sure you make similar offers to your buddies, when they're like, "I really like Susan, but I'm not sure if I want to date her seriously..."

I wouldn't doubt if the cacti around the Jeepers residence doesn't already have a few,.... ahh.... woodpecker holes in them!

I think that Arizona state law has harsher punishments for killing cacti than people as I recall

Can you even get that set anymore? It was a couple grand wasn't it, like 2.5?

It's ALWAYS better to pick your shots carefully!
