what anti-virus program are you running

my anti virus program is apple OSX. I've been free of virus hassles for 6 years now and very thankful.

i am also planning on setting up a ubuntu computer as well. for anybody who isn't planning to get super technical then it's a good option. if your pc is mainly internet surfing then i would run if along side or inside windows and jus boot up ubuntu for when surf the web. at least that's my plan with any pc hardware I may pick up in the future. it's actually not all that had to do. plus with ubuntu there's tons of open source programs that will let you do tons of stuff that you would pay to do with windows.

on another site they are saying bladeforums is compromised again.
i did the linux thing for about a year, for me it wasn't worth it

yup.. blade forums had a notice up.

I couldn't do just lunix but it'll work on a second computer I think. may do some network stuff with 2 or 3 computers next year. one computer for this and another for that... I think a lunix computer in the mix would make for a good internet machine.

i just use a cheap netbook running xp and avast anti-virus and stay away from naughty sites.
if i get a virus i just re-format and get going again

I never made it past windows xp myself. i guess there's something to the later windows versions but I got a lot of work done with xp and hated the idea of struggling with the changes. apple was a easy decision vs. pulling teeth with windows vista. I had no interest in windows 7 after that.

if they have a muzzle velocity less then 500fps OR less than 4.2 foot pounds of muzzle energy then they are not considered firearms federally.
local bylaws may consider them firearms depending on the area
