She was chasing me and I let her catch me, for a while. Didn't last long, but it was great while it lasted.

i'm takin the last week of december off. i hoped to spend some of it with the girl who shot me down today. apparently having everything she wants wasn't enough to get me past the seven year age difference. Seven years? When I was separated over the summer, I was dating a girl that was 18. I'm 45. Seven years ain't nothing! Yeah, it's for the best. Our biggest problem was taking things for granted, and she finally saw the light. I'm pretty easy to get along with, but I refuse to be walked on. Plus my son has to be part of the family, and she didn't want him there. All solveable problems.
