my backyard had high ropes courses and 150yard zip lines. it was a boys paradise.

A buddy and I used to slide down the tin roof of a barn they had, until he decided one day to go off the backside and ripped his A** on a nail sticking up about 2 inches. We stopped after that. The Gash measured about 8 inches long.

And when I was younger than that, me and another buddy would ride on the draw bar of a tractor the city utility worker mowed the city grass with. He turned a real sharp turn one day and threw my buddie's legs between the tractor fender and the wheel. Broke both his legs in numerous places. He was in a full waist to toes case on both legs for about 6 months.

I want a backyard like that now.

Same here, I'msure it had a hand in turning me atheist. I jest. I had other reasons.

my dad said he and his four brothers ( each a year apart) used to go into silos and hay lofts and tried to use bed sheets for parachutes. they would not open in 30ft though. but would they even help? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

it didn't make me an atheist, but it was close. my family stopped going to church because of the problems that people have with following what they preach.

In Okinawa, we'd tie a corner of a bed sheet to our ankles and wrists like a flying squirrel when typhoons came. After a few typhoons the made a base order forbidding "bedsheet flying squirrels." We cracked up when we read that.

religion is just a way to control the masses. but a real relation ship, well that's up to the individual. you cant force or manipulate by using Jesus as a excuse. that's not what he preached. CHOICE NOW THAT'S DIFFERENT!!
