It helped me, for a while. My knees are in bad shape now, and it's because of my weight. I gotta get back on the treadmill again after New Years.

When I messed up my neck and shoulder around the first of November, I couldn't even think about walking or jogging. Then came deer season. Just too many distractions during the holidays, but once Jan 2nd hits, I'm gonna get back in the gym.

Once I finish rehabbing my hip I'll be getting back into more activities for sure.

Rehab sucks. My arm still isn't back to 100 percent. When I got implants in my leg it healed much faster. But, I was 17 years younger then.

I am really hoping I will heal quickly and be able to do what I need to get back in shape cardio wise. I have put on way too much weight since I first hurt my knee in April.
