The last house on the left is more of a thriller/drama. Some criminal rape a girl and think they killed her. They were injured in a wreck and unknowingly show up at the girls parents house and are stranded in a storm. While they are sleeping the daughetr shows up and Mom and dad realize what happened and who assaulted and tried to kill their daughter.

Not as violent as I would like but still a good flick.
