I remember WAAAAAY back in the 60's My Mom and Dad and I visited some friends In Idaho. While there we went to the Calvary stampede. VERY impressive. Anyway, all they asked us was how long we were going to stay. Of course the Ford Falcon station wagon (a '61 or '62 model) was loaded down with camping gear.

Years ago one of my American cousins came up here to visit my grandmother, she got a ticket for doing 50 mph in a 50 km/h zone Man we made fun of her

i don't think this is strictly an American issue, I think it is common for many travelers to forget they are the guests.
People tend to not consider that they are the 'different' one

I've only been to it that one time, but It was very impressive. Man, I could live up in that part of the world. I LOVED it up there. Course I would want to be in a remote area where there wasn't to many folks around and those that were believed that as long as "Neighbors" didn't cause any problems and obeyed the law (well for the most part anyway) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> that things were good. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

The black handled knife is the 4th one of the Burger EXK knives I own. Really great knives and maker. It is the closest knife I consider to be something like a Bob Terzuola folder for a good price (locally).

That's a nice knife and thank you for the picture! I the first time after you told me about him I remembered researching his sword canes. He is an artist and I am glad he is still going well.
