LOL! That sheath is the biggest problem I've had with mine so far too. I'd like something decent, kydex would be fine. The sheath works OK, but I would like something a little stronger, something that wouldn't bend as much.

Clay already sliced my sheath open trying to get the blade out. That boy would tear up an anvil with a rubber hammer!

Clay already sliced my sheath open trying to get the blade out. That boy would tear up an anvil with a rubber hammer! It's not a big deal, cause I ain't gonna carry it around very much, but still...

Mine rides in my truck door pouch, with my tomahawk. I did carry a Cold Steel khukri in there too, but I think the BG will do anything it would do and do it better.

I've pretty much retired my CS Mag Kukri. I just can't deal with that hard as a rock handle. Many times I don't have a pair of gloves handy and they will tear you up in a heartbeat!

I even took a jitterbug sander to mine trying to smooth it up some, but it still gives me blisters.
