I guess I am used to it. I have been here for 23 years. Plus its not to bad where I am. Most of the time its pretty nice.

You keep talking about it, and someday I'm gonna end up out there.

I have lived in all climates during my short stint on this rock. I prefer the hot subtropics. I guess I just like the green of it.

I have been a little bit of everywhere in the Military as well. I have to say the best looking and most green was Alaska. Never thought I would say that with all my time in the Jungle.

I like the jungle the best. Something about the pure abundance of life, minus the life growing on when I didn't want it to.

I've never traveled much, never lived anywhere but here. I'm really wanting something different. I'd like to live in the mountains somewhere, which is why Colorado appeals to me. I've also thought about Montana some.

Cold don't bother me too much if I dress for it, but I don't think I'd like the climate in Alaska. If I were younger, perhaps I'd give it a try.

If you like quality shades, let me know. Oakley sells their glasses to us at discount rates these days. They only sell the subdued non reflective ones (which I prefer anyway) to us. But, I picked up a pair of Gas Cans polarized for $75 today. Oh, the land of the big PX.

Financially, I would be better off buy a place in the Ozarks. I could live pretty well on my retirement there.

I applied for a job in Billings about two years ago. Didn't get it, of course, but I like the area from what research I did.
