My 711 arrived today <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />and I thought people would be wanting a picture of them, so here you go Here is a family picture of all my Scrap Yard blades SOD 711 DeRegulator Scrapper 6 War Dog Scrapivore 2 511

Wow except for the thumb ramp they look alike.
How's the feel difference?

The 711 seems to have quite a resemblance to the SOD. The handle looks to be slightly thicker.??

The 711 seems to have quite a resemblance to the SOD. And that's what makes it so great! The SOD and it's cousin, the tramp. The handle looks to be slightly thicker.?? I don't think so...optical illusions.

Thanks for the heads up on the pic. I don't really notice any difference in the feel of the two blades, I agree the hump is the only difference. I do love them both and if you don't have SOD the 711 is a PERFECT replacement.
