Banannas Foster! what's that? sounds good <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Start w/ some butter in a sauce pan, add brown sugar and caramelize, then throw in some sectioned banannas, and add rum and vanilla extract towards the end - and then dump all of that over some vanilla ice cream. Its fantastic, and it'll make you fat.

wow diceman! that sounds great, where'd ya learn to make that and why tonight? or should I not ask! LOL I was a cook in a steakhouse when I was a jr/sr in highschool - that was my favorite dessert. I'm making it because I didn't really clean the house all that well tonight!
