I found some bulk 22 in stock today for a reasonable price and I was tempted to clean out the store.

I am half tempted to open up an ammo only store. If I thought I could pay the bills doing it I would.

could always do it online. i have been doing a lot of research on various ecommerce options the last few days. takes a little time to learn how to be efficient at it but easy enough once you commit to the process.

Every once in a while I get hooked up from range guys at the local base, but I mostly buy my ammo from the gun shop that gives free range time and free rental uses to military and law enforcement. There are cheaper places to buy ammo in town, but they deserve my business.

We have a couple of good gun stores, one is about 1/2 hour away
The other three are about 1 1/2 hour away
I am lucky though my model 600 really likes federal classic 180 grain and they sell them at a box store just down the hill

I want to do a brick and mortar place so people don't have the same issue I do. The problem is buying enough stock from different manufacturers and still being able to cover expenses.

Ammo is best bought by the truck load<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

We have one of the biggest gun shops I have ever seen or heard of here. But ammo is extremely high and most of the staff are just plain dicks.

Cabela's has in store only sales sometimes. It is worth checking out. I bought a military ammo can full of 5.56 there for a decent price a while back.
