Signal maintainer now an inspector. Sounds like he's doing good. He said he didn't think there was any way in the world he could pass the test and get this job, but he did. I think that he's doing pretty good as well.

Man that's frosting my butt about that stove. It's made in the UK. From storage, the top (is partly rounded, where the actual opening is smaller than the outside flange and the opening is higher than the outside. Like someone cut a ball in half and then cut the top off it again.
It has three fold out "Legs" that become the pot holder.
The OUTSIDE of the stove comes off next, and you reverse it and put it on the ground. Then the inside, the actual burn can is lifted up and expands and then fits down inside the outside portion.
In the video for it they say it is about the size of an apple.

I will be getting a 911. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I just HOPE it's 3/16, no more than a quarter inch thick. Come to think of it, 1/4 inch Full Flat Grind would work for me!

I can't see myself getting a 9-11 unless it has a Regulator handle, I'm not holding my breath. I already have an improved B-11.

Adam, personally, IF Dan was to put a regulator handle on the 911, I think that it would need to be with NO upper guard and maybe trimming down the lower guard just a bit. Just enough lower guard to keep your fingers from sliding onto the blade.

Boy that translator must be making some mistakes. Apple sized pot of a Witch? i´m not using a translator but it sure did sound like a pot of a witch: round and three legs... Are talking about the Wild Woodgas Stove? That´s the one I´ve been thinking of. It could be better in the summer time because I think it´s suface stays cooler than the kelly kettle.
