waiting on my ganzaa blades as well. the AD and the LMS. Only keeping the sage though.

I only have two knives in the pipeline. A Yard Keeper(may change my mind) and a custom short sword. I also have a custom Goedendag in the works too. Then I may be done for awhile. Gonna switch back to buying new photo gear for a bit.

Are you going with the standard specs on the Goedendag? Looks like quite a piece. You should get Jerry to make an Infi end for it... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I'm going standard specs, but he is just wire brushing the finish. It'll be in between the the rough forge finish and the satin finish.

That should looks real nice. What type of metal is being used in the spike?

They are pretty vague about that, but it's not like I'm gonna shove it though a suit of armor or a zombie. When they did my axe they welded a high carbon edge onto the head and hardened it. Pretty similar to what they used to do back in the day.

Looks like it will be fun to use on pumpkins or watermelons though... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
