WTF?

What did I miss?

The forum was acting weird and I thought if I asked it "WTF," it would fix it.

It's been acting strange. On the last post on a page, it puts up the next page with nothing on it.

guy buys something from me, gets it and says i described it wrong. I felt bad for maybe 30 seconds until I followed the link for "more information" in my listing and there is not only a full break down of the item but a picture of the owners manual. in that picture it clearly says the same text that this guy is saying I neglected to put in my desciption.

what really has me bummed out is if this guy had said it was a simple mistake on his part I would've given him a full refund and taken the losses just to save time and effort. but this guy is intent on blaming me and is making false statements about my intent. so I offer him a refund minus my expenses and he files a claim on me.

part of me wants get this guy gone but another part of me wants to make this guy admit he's wrong and that he tossed a rock at the wrong guerrilla.

There's always THAT customer that you can't please. I hate dealing with those, and try even more to never BE one of them.

It isn't your fault that he evidentally can't read or pay attention when it says "More Information"

That is what it did. I am pretty sure it was trying to provoke me.

I think it was too.
