We sure hope so. Everything says it's an instant cure, but it sometimes can take a couple three months for everything to get back to normal.

Not doing to bad, but this heat is a killer!
I haven't been able to walk on our treadmill as much as I wanted, but today, well Saturday, I did a mile and a half at about a 2.7 MPH average with a 5 degree incline. May not be to taxing but it sure wears me out for a few minutes. Taking me 35 minutes.

For the Month of June, I averaged walking 3 times a week. They say that's all you need to do, but I want to do it more often. I need to get my weight down and my Blood Pressure needs to be below 130 as the top number or my doctor is going to make me double up on my blood pressure medicine. SO far I have gotten it down to 128-129 for the past week and a half.
