I suppose one big difference between the TG and R6 is the lack of a fuller on the Rodent. But fullers are mainly to lighten the blade. Having a shorter blade will also lighten it. I wish I could handle both knives and get the feel of them before laying down the cash. That Rodent looks like a good deal to me. I will pass on getting another chopper, but the SYKCO 911 also looks like a winner to me. I just have an abundance of choppers already.

After looking at the Team Gemini in hand, it really looks like a big knife. I'd love to see the TG and Rodent 6 side by side. I'm thinking that the Rodent may be a more compact and practical size than the TG. But I really am attracted to both knives, not that I really need either one. I just like that style. I grew up on Ka-Bars.

I couldn't resist the price on that Rodent 6. That's a heck of a knife for the money. I ordered one. May Odin have mercy on my credit card.

It is great to see HD back around. We need somebody to help Tom keep a eye on Randy.

Keeping Randy straight will be Chris or Tom's job (when they're not keeping me straight). Don't worry, the wife wants me back in the blade thing. She wants to go to the Blade Show. She saw me looking longingly at that Team Gemini. Wait 'till she sees how much money I "saved" getting the Rodent. That's the technique she uses on me when she buys useless, unnecessary stuff.

Now to get that Photobucket working right. I think I'll just upload to PB with Mozilla and go back to the normal Vista for the posting to the forum. You know I will compare the new Rodent 6 with my ESEE-6, Ranger RD6, Ka-Bar next generation, Chris Reeve Green Beret, SOG Bowie, CS UWK in Carbon V, and maybe a few others.

I love it! Nice to have Vic back, isn't it.
