OP pitman Junk Yard Dog Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 2,795 Vancouver Island, B.C	I went hiking today with fellow forum member Satsumatengu, we began the hike by going through a tunnel under the highway..........anyone pack a Maglite ! ST taking a pic of the waterfall we had to reach the top of ~ Who's this guy ! Where there's water there is lots of green ! We hiked up and eventually reached a railway trestle that reminded me of the scene from the movie Stand by me ! I think trains go over it twice a day.....should be safe eh ! Me on the trestle~ Looking back along the trestle at ST~ Pretty high up ! Great views though !!! [img]http://i910.photobucket.com/albums/ac306/Pitdog_2010/Goldstream2012016.jpg[/img] Snicker went to see if any nuggets had been left behind ! [img]http://i910.photobucket.com/albums/ac306/Pitdog_2010/Goldstream2012017.jpg[/img] Back at the parks nature house we stopped for a coffee and Snicker made a new friend......what a cutie eh ! [img]http://i910.photobucket.com/albums/ac306/Pitdog_2010/Goldstream2012019.jpg[/img] And in case any one is wondering, ST still hasn't recieved his SRKW Rodent 4 !!!
