The reason the SS4 and coot interest me is that the small blade height of those should be good for cutting out the anus. (the worst part of hunting) by the way !

I usually use a folding filet knife for that but I bet I could use my new Scrap Max to do the whole thing. The Elmax seems a might thin for cracking open the rib cage--seems great for processing though.
