So after several years of not owning a Busse or Busse-kin knife I have jumped back on the bandwagon and purchased a 711. I have forgotten the unwritten rules and the "two week" shipping time frame but are these in stock currently or is there a wait time.

I heard the initial shipment was a couple months ago and I'm guessing since they are on the site there shouldn't be a long wait time...but that is just a guess. Maybe someone can chime in that recently ordered and received one.

I ordered mine on 12/29/11 and it was shipped a month later. Don't remember how long they had been out at that time. Don't know if that helps or not.

You also have to take into account that Blade was only a couple of weeks ago and they are probably back logged as a result.

ordered my 711 when the 311 came out, they both arrived within 3 weeks of the 311 release. fastest turnaround yet from the yard. but as stated above blade was just here so there is a back log of blades dan's working on. shouldn't be too long, and well worth the wait. now if we can get the 911's out.....

The 711's have been shipping between 2-8 weeks after placing your order.
