The Scrap Max is great around the kitchen. An elmax boning knife would be great....it would take a dog to say that!

Is Elmax steel good in a 3/16" thick, 8" blade? And what's the next release? Elmax is a great steel for a slicer. An 8" blade has been talked about. The next release, and most likely going to show up on the ganza, will be the knife we had at the blade show but with a 1 inch longer blade along with a 3 inch blade with a wider blade...very cool Dan, will they still have the WarDog Handle? Sounds really cool...any chance of a sneaky pic for the Yard? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
