I love the 311. thinned out the edge and now it slices real good. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Got any pics to share? I need to reprofile mine as well.

I do agree that a thinner and slighty longer elmax blade might be even better suited when it comes to kitchen duty. Without question. I will have one of the 4.75" ElMax blades. The 3"ers though...hooo-yah, those are gonna see blood this coming fall <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
