i have never had a pocket open and i have carried assisted open blade and thumb stud and flipper knives for more than 10 years 24/7 see.. I donīt know where this fear comes from.

i have never had a pocket open and i have carried assisted open blade and thumb stud and flipper knives for more than 10 years 24/7 I had a Sog Flash II that had several accounts from others about pocket opens. I returned it because I think it was a poor design, who knows maybe it was a fluke. Oh.. so it does happen.

my trident has not opened........yet. folders are great because they are easyer to carry around there for you always ave a knife with you.

i also think it depends on how the knife is angled in your pocket.
