I just noticed that I´m member #9547.
Numerical or random numbers? I doubt it's in numerical order. I joined in October of '08 and my number is 1856. So I can't see that many joining since then. Just aren't enough posters to justify that high a number. Many of them MIGHT have been "Bots" that got deleted but still retain the membership number. But to give you an accurate answer would probably require you to ask someone like Renee, Dan, Tom, ColdOne or the Webmaster.

At times there have been a couple three hundred here at one one time. That's why if you look at several members profile the email address (Hopefully they have listed one will be (Mine for an example is srkwskunkhunter at yahoo dot com. We don't us the @ symbol or the . before com. that way Bots can't (I don't think) strip your email address for their use.
Tom and Coldone are CONSTANTLY nuking Bots/spammers.
